As a result of a collaboration with the IES Fray Ignacio Barrachina, Vicedo Martí has donated a full equipment of its CPR manikins PRACTIMAN for first aid training among teachers and students.
On July 28, Elena Vázquez, representing Vicedo Martí, formalized the donation which was held at the high school with Estefanía López, director of the center. It has been on September the 5th when the first training session has been carried out by the Red Cross trainers.
In addition the the CPR training the staff has also been trained in the use of the center’s AED.
The simulators will be used as training material into the formative cycle called ” Professional Training of Care for People in a Situation of Dependency” which starts this course for the first time.
